Quality and compliance
We run quality as a system. Vetting before we approve any provider. Auditing during delivery. Corrective action when something is off. This page shows how the system works.
Provider vetting
No provider works on a Tradevero contract without a check first. We verify the ABN and entity, sight insurance certificates, confirm licences where the work needs them, and review capability and capacity. That means the people, equipment and experience to service a site properly. Approval is not automatic and it is not permanent. We track compliance documents and re-check them as they fall due.
The audit programme
Three audit types run across every contract.
The mobilisation audit happens soon after start. It checks the service is set up to your written scope: the right areas, the right tasks, the right frequencies. It catches issues while there is still time to fix them early.
Scheduled audits run at agreed intervals across the contract. They check delivery against the scope and record the results.
Random audits are not announced. They exist so the standard on an ordinary day matches the standard on audit day.
Corrective action
We log audit findings and complaints. We don't file them. The provider actions each item through a defined process, and we re-check the work before we close it out. Repeated failures escalate, up to and including a replacement provider on your site.
Service evidence and reporting
You get service reports across the contract. We log issues with photos where useful. That gives you a record to refer back to instead of a memory to argue over.
Continuity
Tradevero holds your contract. If the provider on your site changes, for capacity, performance, or any other reason, we manage the transition. Your service, scope, pricing and contact stay the same.
